Competitive Weekend for GABL Future Teams. 2030 and HS Varsity Brings Home Championships.

This past weekend, a few of our Fall GABL Future Teams began their fall season by competing in the Nothing But Net Tournament at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School. Our GABL Future 2030 team (5th grade) and High School Varsity teams brought home championships over the weekend. Coaches Taylor Stoetzer and Jackson Kruse were coaches for both championship teams. "They [5th Grade Team] played great team defense all weekend and brought tons of energy," Stoetzer said. "Their communication and unselfishness was great, especially for their first weekend together."  When asked about the Varsity team, Coach Stoetzer commented, " These guys have been playing together on the same team since they were 10 years. Not much needs to be said, they know the plan and executed it well this weekend." Congrats to Coach Stoetzer, Coach Kruse, and their teams!
